Brian Bonar is an investor, a mechanical engineer, and a businessman. He attended James Watt College where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Brian then went to Stafford University where he got a Masters in the same course. He started his career at IBM as a procurement officer.
He earned his Master’s degree while still here. His work at IBM comprised of motherboard outsourcing. He retained his job here for around 15 years. Brian later became an engineering director at QMS and was in charge of managing over 100 employees for the four years that he worked here. He then worked in the Sales departments of Rastek and Adaptec. This was a significant change considering he was an engineer.
Bonar left Adaptec to start his company by the name Bezier Systems. The company developed the first SCSI printer. He later joined Itec Imaging where his role was liaising with Asian manufacturers that worked with the firm. Bonar then started Dalrada Financial Corporation after his time at Itec. It is an employee management company.
The company helps businesses with employee related matters such as insurance, benefits, tax, and payroll advances. Dalrada is typically a company that helps other firms to do human resource by performing these tasks for them.
Brian Bonar has founded some other enterprises during his career including Allegiant Professional Business Services and AMS Outsourcing. The next major company that he founded was TruCept Inc. which he started in 2011. He is the Chairman and CEO of the enterprise that is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and does the same work as Dalrada.
TruCept has been successful and has done well under the leadership of Mr. Bonar. It recently recorded a $1.6 million in profit for the first half of the financial year. Its profit in the previous quarter grew by 30%. Analysts predict that the company’s valuation could expand if it continues its current trend.
TruCept also has an app that they describe as Uber for staffers. The app seeks to help companies that are looking for on-demand workers to find them quickly. It connects employers with people who are available to work efficiently by streamlining the process that it takes. Bonar was recognized in the Who’s Who in America list in 2000. He is based in San Diego and has stayed here for most of his career.
He recently opened a restaurant in San Diego which he has described as a place people can go to interact and relax after a long day at work. The Bellamy offers drinks and bistro food from Europe. Most of the restaurants in the area do not provide that. Brian is a rolemodel to many people in society.
